All products over 6' in length ship via commercial freight at a flat rate for the first 300 pounds.
So, it costs as much to send one item via freight as it does to send multiple, up to 300 lbs.

Sorry, we can only ship commercial freight orders (all orders over 8' length or 150 pounds or more to businesses. If you have purchased online from us and are shipping to a residential address, you will be responsible for all freight surcharges such as residential delivery costs, setting appointment time, coordinating delivery/redeliver etc.

Warranty: Paint and wood - we are not able to warranty these items. Warranty for regular stock PVC items equals or exceeds industry standard: fifteen years parts under normal use conditions. Please either send the damaged piece back for replacement or contact us via email with exact dimensions. Shipping not included

We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier/other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist you by trying to provide the best service to help you manage your shipment. Our products are sold FOB ('free on board) at the factory. Trucking companies generally require an appointment for delivery, so always include contact information including a phone number with your confirmed order.
Orders must be tracked and managed by the customer. Trucking companies generally require an appointment for delivery. We will give you tracking information and contact information for the trucking company, please schedule your shipments at your convenience, and be sure to give us and the carriers your complete contact information. Residential deliveries, rush orders and Saturday shipments all require special handling surcharges.
Claims - Loss/Damage
Important: You must note any problems with the shipment with the delivery - at the time of receipt with the truck driver present. If you do not provide a written objection at the time of receipt, we may be unable to provide you with replacement goods, since our carrier insurance is voided. For any problems with your shipment: make a note on the bill of lading describing the missing or damaged items, sign and date the receipt presented by the driver and contact us in writing immediately.
All claims must be made at time of receipt in writing with driver present or our repair/replacement provisions are void.
Payment Terms
Payment in full is due prior to shipping.
Replacement/Repair
If the damage falls within our warranty provision, we will repair/replace your damaged parts free of charge. Shipping is not included.
For other types of repairs and replacements, contact us. We are always willing to keep your equipment in its best possible working condition!
Jumps West will combine your items for you. Order fencing, jumps, barn supplies - any variety of equine products and we will send in the same container. Save on customs and freight handling.

Sealed and packed. Orders like these have shipped to Panama, Saudi, Japan, Mexico and Canada.
Hand packed full container load custom order. Contains well in excess of a thousand rails.
